On the Spot Chicago ("we", "us") provides commercial cleaning services to businesses in Chicago, Illinois. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
Lead submissions: name, company, email, phone, service type, square footage, frequency, and any invoice you upload. Account information: company name, service address, contact details, and portal login credentials. Operational data: visit schedules, check-in/check-out times, photo-proof images, and messages between you and your crew.
How we use it
To prepare quotes, schedule and document service, communicate with you, and improve our service. We do not sell your information. Invoice documents are used only to prepare a competitive quote.
Access & retention
You can view your visits, photos, and messages in the client portal. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us. Photo-proof is retained for the life of your account plus 12 months for quality assurance.
HIPAA-aware handling
For medical and dental clients, crews follow HIPAA-aware protocols. We do not access or document protected health information. Photo-proof avoids patient areas during hours and focuses on surfaces and fixtures.
