Terms of Service
Effective September 1, 2026 · On the Spot Chicago
1. Services
On the Spot Chicago provides commercial cleaning services on a recurring or one-time basis. Service scope, frequency, and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins.
2. No lock-in
There is no minimum contract length. Either party may cancel recurring service with 7 days' notice. You pay only for completed visits.
3. Access & safety
Client agrees to provide safe access to the premises, disclose hazards, and supply alarm/key access per agreed protocol. Crews will not service areas with active patient care during hours for medical/dental clients.
4. Pricing
Quoted prices reflect scope at the time of the invoice audit. Material changes to square footage or scope may be re-quoted. We commit to a written quote at least 20% lower than your current invoice where comparable scope is provided.
5. Liability
We carry general liability insurance. Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of the visit. Liability is limited to the value of the service performed.
